Prices
Prices are as set out on the websites. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Confirmation of the price of a product will be made by us when your order is accepted in accordance with our order acceptance policy.
Product descriptions
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the websites are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the websites as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on our websites at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.
Specific products may be sold subject to additional terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery dates and times, warranties, after-sales service and guarantees. Where this applies information will be included in the product description and information.
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel an order for a full refund for any reason at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 as amended (excluding opened toiletry products and any earrings designed for pierced ears). Returns must be made in accordance with our Returns Policy.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Order acceptance & payment
As part of the checkout process we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order.
Your card will be charged on completion of the order. Once your card has been successfully authorised, this will result in your order being despatched. Please note, that if we have been unable to authorise your card our system will not generate the despatch of your product. You will know this as the checkout process will inform you that we were unable to successfully authorise your card. You will only be able to buy products that are in stock. We will also notify you once your order has been despatched.
As your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a despatch confirmation email. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it.
If you have not supplied us with an e-mail address, our confirmation of order page at the end of the ordering process shall act as confirmation of acceptance of the order and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to change at any time any of the details of the item on the site, including prices, colours and sizes. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions and we advise that you read through them each time that you use the site.
This website, its content and any contracts arisen out of it are governed by and in accordance with English law. All contracts are conducted in English and by entering into a contract both parties agree to submit to the sole jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it, in part or in whole, other than for your own lawful, personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the prior written permission of QT Trading Ltd. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and in accordance with our internal security policy. This applies to the initial authentication data that you supplied when you entered the College members section of the website.
