Returns
The UK's Distance Selling Regulations allow you to cancel a contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. If the goods we deliver are not those ordered or they are faulty please advise us within 3 days of receipt so we can assist in returning them to us at the address below, with any original packaging.
If goods are to be returned for any other reason please contact us for a Returns Number before you send them back to us to enable us to deal with the matter efficiently.
Returned products must be returned to us unused (except where you are returning them because of a fault) and with any original packaging. You are responsible for ensuring that the product is not damaged on its return journey and so we recommend using a recorded delivery service. You will be responsible for the shipping and packaging costs.
We will normally refund you within 10 working days. This does not apply to any item personalised or made to your specification where returns cannot be made unless the item is faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
