Is ordering online safe?
We have teamed up with Google Checkout to ensure that your online purchases are safe and secure. When you complete your purchase, your personal information, including credit card details, is protected by industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.
What is Google Checkout?
Google Checkout is merchant software run by Google that handles all the payment details and software for the website. We have taken this approach to ensure that your details are handled safely and in the strictest confidence by a reputable company.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Maestro/Switch. We are unable to except Solo or Visa Electron cards.
How will I know my order has been received?
We will E-Mail you when your order has been received. We will also E-Mail you when the order has been shipped.
What about delivery?
Google checkout will allow you to specify your delivery preference. You will also receive an email to confirm that your product has been dispatched for delivery.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes, all our prices are VAT inclusive.
Is everything you sell brand new?
Yes! And all our silver is hallmarked.
Can I add to my order?
You can make an additional order, but unfortunately once ordered it is not possible to change the existing order.
As always you are free to get in touch with us to discuss any specific options.
Can I order something which is 'out of stock'?
We do not take pre orders on out of stock items.
What happens with manufacturer's guarantees?
We inspect and offer a guarantee for the workmanship of all our products. If your item has a manufacturers defect please return it to us for a full refund. Refer here to our
returns policy on how to do this.
What do you do with my Personal Information?
Our
Privacy Policy forms part of our
Terms and Conditions. We do not handle credit card and address details. These are handled separately by Google Checkout.
What if I have a complaint?
We want you to be delighted with the products bought and the service you receive. However, we recognise that sometimes things can go wrong. Complaints can be a useful source of information about how others see us, and how we are serving our customers. Whether the complaint is justified or not, the person making the complaint feels aggrieved with the service we provide. Therefore we have an established procedure for monitoring and dealing with complaints in conjunction with the College.
If you feel you have a complaint please
contact us with “Customer Complaints” in the subject line. We will respond to your query with a resolution as soon as possible.
Do you do bespoke orders?
We do not do bespoke orders in the normal course of business, however please feel free to get in touch with us and make a suggestion. We will be able to pursue any suitable orders once we are in direct contact.
